MOORHEAD (KVRR) – Moorhead mayoral candidate Craig Whaley is facing charges of driving while impaired after an arrest over the weekend.
Whaley was arrested early Saturday morning in Moorhead and is set for an initial court appearance on September 22nd.
Whaley has two previous convictions for driving while impaired, dating back to 2012.
Whaley says he has no comment at this time.
