MOORHEAD (KFGO) – Ward 3 councilmember Deb White is announcing she will seek a third term on the Moorhead City Council. She’s been on the city council since 2018.
“Our city prospers when elected officials value constituent input. I will continue building paths for residents to weigh in on decisions affecting Moorhead.” White said. “Having advocated for more accessible and transparent governance during my eight years on council, I remain committed to keeping Moorhead residents informed, engaged, and assuring their voice matters.”
Deb White serves on multiple boards and committees, including the Historical and Cultural Society of Clay County Board (President), MAT Bus Coordinating Committee (Chair), and Metro Flood Diversion Authority Land Management Committee
“Moorhead is driving Clay County’s record growth.” White said. “I pledge to continue to champion our existing businesses while attracting new ones.”
White is also a professor of Sociology and Criminal Justice at Minnesota State Moorhead and has lived in Moorhead since 2000.
