More than 600 citations given during the Put The Phone Away Or Pay campaign in ND

NORTH DAKOTA (KFGO) – Law enforcement agencies across North Dakota issued more than 600 citations during the September Put The Phone Away or Pay distracted driving enforcement campaign.

Nearly 300 were for distracted driving. Other citations include more than 140 for speeding and more than 30 for not wearing a seat belt.

There were also four arrests for driving under the influence.
