FARGO, N.D. (KFGO) – Fargo Police officers are training at the Cass County Robert D. Johnson building at 1104 2nd Ave. S.
It’s scheduled to end at 3:30 PM.
Officers may be seen carrying guns, using blanks and will move around the building.
You can expect to hear loud noises and yelling.
