BISMARCK, N.D. (KFGO) – A man from Braddock, North Dakota is facing multiple charges of fleeing officers and reckless endangerment after a police chase in Bismarck Thursday afternoon.
Court documents say Kristofer Roth fled multiple traffic stop attempts by Bismarck police, drove into squad cars and nearly ran over multiple people including an officer.
Police say Roth also drove through a chain link fence, drove on a sidewalk and abandoned his vehicle before he was arrested following a foot pursuit in the 900 block of 7th St N.
Roth is being held in the Burleigh-Morton Detention Center. Braddock is in Emmons County, southeast of Bismarck.
