MEDORA, N.D. (KFGO) – The Happy Hooligans are helping celebrate the opening of the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library.
The North Dakota Air National Guard’s 119th wing is conducting a flyover during the opening ceremony tomorrow morning.
A MQ-9 Reaper will be flown over the ceremony.
The Reaper is flown remotely and has flown in missions across the world since 20-16.
The library opens tomorrow in conjunction with the 250th birthday of the United States.
