No injuries after train collides with pickup in Otter Tail County

DENT, Minn. (KFGO) – The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after a train struck an unoccupied pickup near Dent Friday night.  

Around 11:45, Canadian Pacific Railroad employees called the dispatch center to report the collision. Investigators contacted the owner and confirmed there were no injuries.  

There was no damage to the train or tracks, but the sheriff’s office says the pickup sustained severe damage.
