Grand Forks, N.D. (KFGO) – University of North Dakota’s Men’s Basketball lost to UC Riverside Thursday evening in their Home Opener at the Betty Engelstad Sioux Center, falling to 0-2 on the season. The UC Riverside Highlanders improve to 2-0.
The Fighting Hawks leading scorer was Anthony Smith III with 17 points. Marquie Worthy lead the Highlanders with 21 points.
Next up on the schedule for the Fighting Hawks is a home game against Cal State Northridge on Sunday, November 9th. Tip off at 1pm from the Betty Engelstad Sioux Center.
