(KFGO/KNFL) Three Milwaukee pitchers held Fargo-Moorhead to four hits and the Milkmen broke open a tight game with seven runs in the bottom of the 6th inning in an 8-0 victory at Franklin Field on Sunday afternoon.
The Milkmen took advantage of six walks and two hits in the sixth inning to score seven runs.. Drew Ward and Roy Morales had run-scoring hits for Milwaukee. Morales had two hits for his eighth multi-hit game of the season.
Christian Young held the RedHawks to three hits over six shutout innings, striking out nine.
Jake Dykhoff (0-2) had a nice showing for the RedHawks. allowing four hits and one unearned run in five innings.
Manny Boscan had two hits for the RedHawks, going 6-14 in the series.
Fargo-Moorhead (9-6) has an off day on Monday, and will host Sioux Falls starting Tuesday night at Newman Outdoor Field.
