NEW YORK MILLS, Minn. (KFGO) – The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office has released the name of a man who was killed when he was hit by a pickup last week south of New York Mills.
The victim was 24-year-old Andrew Bixby of New York Mills. Bixby was walking along County Highway 67 when he was struck by a pickup driven by another New York Mills man. The driver of the pickup remained at the scene and has cooperated with the investigation.
The collision happened last Wednesday night.
