HORACE, ND (KFGO) – A Horace man is facing criminal charges after three people were injured at Big Erv’s Bar & Grill in Horace early Sunday morning.
25-year-old Jordan Pendleton is facing charges of aggravated and simple assault.
The Cass County Sheriff’s Office says two customers and a bartender were assaulted.
One of those injured was 31-year-old Marlin Klatt of Horace. He was taken to a Fargo hospital by ambulance. Klatt’s condition has not been released.
