FARGO (KFGO) – A 22-year-old Indiana man was seriously injured in a crash on I-29 in Fargo Tuesday.
According to the Highway patrol, Logan Fuller was the passenger in a car that rear-ended a semi parked on the right shoulder of the interstate’s southbound lanes. The truck had a mechanical failure, and its hazard lights were on at the time. Fuller had to be cut from the car.
The driver of the car, 23-year-old Rachel Krueger of Moorhead, suffered minor injuries.
Fuller and Krueger were both taken to the hospital by ambulance.
Krueger was cited for failure to maintain the lane and distracted driving.
The Highway Patrol said more charges are possible.
Interstate traffic was backed up for over an hour after the crash.
