EDMORE, N.D. (KFGO/KDLR) – The Ramsey County Commission has been notified that a school district in the county will be discontinuing operations.
Commission chairman Jeff Frith said the Edmore School will close for good next spring, at the end of the current school year, news he called “disappointing.”
According to a letter filed with the county, the school district will begin a year of non operational status next July. That will allow the district to sell off assets and implement a dissolution plan approved by the school board.
