(KFGO/KNFL) After Correlle Prime capped off a rally with a three-run homer in the bottom of the 10th inning, Sam Dexter homered in the bottom of the 11th to give the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks a 10-8 win over Lincoln at Newman Outdoor Field.
F-M took an early 3-0 advantage in the opening inning, highlighted by a two-run double from John Silviano. The RedHawks kept the lead until the 6th, when Lincoln evened the game on an Aaron Takacs double.
The Saltdogs scored four in the top of the 10th off F-M reliever John Witkowski for an 8-4 lead. The RedHawks rallied in the bottom of the 10th. An RBI single from Manny Boscan cut the deficit to 8-5, setting he stage for Prime’s game-tying homerun to even the game at 8-8.
