GRAND FORKS, N.D. – University of North Dakota head hockey coach Brad Berry announced the addition of defenseman Logan Britt to the program for his final year of eligibility in 2023-24.
“Logan has a long history of experience playing at the collegiate level,” said Berry. “We are excited to bring him into our group to finalize our defensive core.”
Britt spent the last two seasons at Sacred Heart after beginning his career with Quinnipiac. The defenseman appeared in all 74 games for the Pioneers, tallying 33 points with five goals and 28 assists. He also finished with five multi-point games and carried a plus-5 rating.
The Crystal Lake, Ill., native earned All-Atlantic Hockey Second Team honors in 2021-22, was a two-time AHA Defensive Player of the Week and blocked 83 shots over the last two seasons.
Britt is the seventh transfer to join the Fighting Hawks for the upcoming season, joining fellow defensemen Bennett Zmolek, Garrett Pyke and Keaton Pehrson, forwards Cameron Berg and Hunter Johannes and goaltender Ludvig Persson.
