FARGO (KFGO) – A West Fargo man has been charged with setting fire to a house in West Fargo last January.
31-year-old Nicholas Fradet lived in the home at 513 17th St. E. Fire crews found smoke coming from the house and two people in the garage, attempting to go back inside to rescue a person in the basement. That person was unconscious initially and taken to a Fargo hospital along with another person.
Fire Chief Dan fuller told KFGO News at the scene that it appeared that the blaze was set intentionally. Two dogs were rescued.
Fradet is charged with endangering by fire or explosion and animal cruelty, both felonies.
