BISMARCK, N.D. – The North Dakota Department of Transportation says now that winds have died down and state plows have made progress, they have opened all roads and highways.
At 2:00 p.m., I-94 Bismarck to Jamestown, I-29 Grand Forks to the South Dakota border, Hwy 13 from I-29 to Wahpeton, U.S. Hwy 52 from Harvey to Jamestown, and U.S. Hwy 281 from Jamestown to the SD border all opened.
I-94 between Jamestown and Fargo re-opened at 4:30 p.m.
DOT cautioned that just because a road is open does not mean it’s clear.
