FARGO (KFGO) – A North Carolina woman suffered serious injuries after she lost control of her SUV on I-29 Monday morning. The crash happened at 9:15 at mile marker 64 near the 13th Avenue South exit.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol says 36-year-old Latoya Watson-Tyson was driving in the middle lane when she lost control and hit a car driving in the left lane, causing both vehicles to strike the concrete median guard rail. The car came to rest on the guardrail but the 32-year-old driver and juvenile passenger were not injured.
