ST. PAUL, Minn. – The Minnesota Attorney General’s office is filing a lawsuit against a pop-up COVID testing company and associated lab after people complained they did not receive results.
Hannah Puffer said after waiting throughout the day, she called a number provided and only was able to reach an automated phone system. Puffer then got an automated text message that said please provide specific information to get results within the hour. She says she provided that information but did not get her test results. Puffer says she still hasn’t received her test results and is concerned about the amount of personal information she shared with the company.
The lawsuit was filed against the Center for COVID Control and a processing lab, Doctor’s Clinical Laboratory. It is not believed that they are still doing business in Minnesota.
