PEMBINA, N.D. (KFGO) – Pembina County Sheriff Terry Meidinger says a juvenile has been arrested in connection with a threat of violence at the North Border School in Pembina, North Dakota. The suspect has been charged with terrorizing, accused of threatening to use a gun, and is being held at a juvenile detention center.
Tuesday, North Border School officials alerted the sheriff’s office about a potential threat and after interviews with faculty and students who provided important assistance to investigators, the suspect was located.
Meidinger says based on those interviews, it appeared there was no immediate threat.
