BISMARCK (KVRR) – Sen. Kevin Cramer helped induct his friend from his college days, Johnny Holm, into the North Dakota Music Hall of Fame.
In his introduction at Bismarck State College, Cramer said he was blessed to call Holm a friend for more than 45 years and said what stands out isn’t just his talent, but also his heart.
Holm has performed for decades all across the Upper Midwest.
Cramer attended Concordia College while Holm went to Minnesota State University Moorhead.
Others being inducted include radio and TV host Shadoe Stevens, Christian music songwriter and producer Greg Nelson, Grammy Award-winning producer Michael D. Clute, composer and music educator Dr. Tom Porter, and The Tibor Brothers.
The Hall of Fame was founded in 2015.
