MOORHEAD, Minn. (KFGO) – Real estate developer Kevin Bartram is revitalizing the Frederick Martin Hotel on Center Avenue across from The Loop.
Downtown Moorhead Inc. CEO Matt Leiseth shared on “Afternoons Live” it will have 78 rooms, a restaurant and the top floor treetop banquet space will return.
“It’s in between what the Armory Events Center’s doing, the large space. Now we’re serving even more people different size parties and you still have full catering,” Leiseth explained.
The hotel is the temporary home of Moorhead City Hall which will move back to its original location in November.
