DEER CREEK, Minn. (KFGO/KBRF) – A building storing hay bales in rural Deer Creek, Minnesota, caught fire early Saturday morning.
The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office says they responded to a report of a structure fire south of State Highway 210 around 2:30. When fire crews arrived they found the building fully engulfed in flames.
Firefighters from Deer Creek, Hewitt and Wadena assisted in extinguishing the fire. No other buildings were damaged and no injuries were reported.
Deputies say the cause of the fire is unknown, but no foul play is suspected.
