The North Dakota Grain Growers Association is excited to host EPA officials for the 2025 E-tour, set to take place in the Grand Forks area from June 23 to 27, 2025.This year’s event will spotlight the environmental stewardship and innovation that define North Dakota’s agricultural industry. Participants will gain first-hand insights into the practical application of modern farming practices, as well as the challenges and opportunities faced by producers in the region.
The tour agenda features visits to local farms, agricultural businesses, and laboratories that offer testing services and agronomic support to farmers in the Upper Midwest. Attendees will experience demonstrations of cutting-edge technology, seed treatment processes, and sustainable farming methods, along with engaging discussions on the safe and effective use of pesticides.
“This tour is an invaluable opportunity to showcase the dedication of North Dakota’s farmers to sustainable practices and environmental stewardship,” says NDGGA Board President Ryan Ellis. “By fostering open dialogue with EPA officials, we aim to bridge the gap between regulation and the realities of modern agriculture, ensuring a productive and sustainable future for all.”
