The Hawley softball team earned a berth in the Minnesota Class AA Championship Game with a thrilling 2-1 eleventh inning win over Jackson County Central in the semifinals Wednesday night.
The Nuggets were led by the stellar pitching from Eagan Hastings and a hit by Addison Sanvik to drive home Brooke Geffre for the game winning run.
Hawley will face St. Cloud Cathedral Friday at 4pm for the State Championship at the University of Minnesota
