(KNFL/KFGO) – 2 time National Championship winning quarterback Cam Miller is heading to the Las Vegas Raiders, after being selected in the 6th round of the 2025 NFL Draft.
Miller threw for 33 touchdowns, while only throwing 4 interceptions, and accumulating a passer rating of 180.1 in 2024. Cam Miller has been on the radar of many scouts and has impressed before the draft process. Despite not winning the Walter Payton trophy, he still made tremendous strides and has become one of the most talented quarterbacks in the FCS this year.
Miller will play under Pete Carroll, a Super Bowl winning head coach, who was hired by Las Vegas in the offseason. Geno Smith was acquired by Las Vegas from the Seattle Seahawks to most likely become the starting quarterback for the Raiders. Cam Miller also joins Walter Payton award winner from Montana State, Tommy Mellott, who was selected as a wide receiver.
