
FARGO (KFGO) โ A man with no permanent address died after being hit by a yard truck pulling a trailer in north Fargo early Thursday morning.
The crash happened in the parking lot of Cass Clay Creamery around 1 a.m.
According to the Highway patrol, it was raining at the time and there was limited lighting where the crash happened.
The 31-year-old man, who was not an employee of the creamery, died at the scene. The 48-year-old Fargo man driving the truck is not facing any charges. More information about both men is expected Friday.
The crash is under investigation.
