ALEXANDRIA, Minn. (KFGO) – Alexandria Police say they still don’t have a suspect in a stabbing death last month.
Desiree Frederick, 58, was found stabbed to death inside the home she shares with a family member on Nov. 24.
Police Chief Scott Kent says a number of items of evidence were collected at the scene, but they are still waiting for the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension lab to process them.
Police have established a timeline for Frederick’s whereabouts on the days leading up to her murder. Investigators have also gone through hundreds of hours of recorded data and served a number of search warrants.
Kent says the public has been helpful.
