FARGO (KFGO) – Fargo Police are investigating another burglary at a car repair business.
The break-in at Fargo Tire on Main Avenue and 20th Street S. was reported early Wednesday morning. Police said there was forced entry into the building and items were stolen, but provided no further information. A police spokesman said there are no suspects.
Last week, Corey’s Car Care at 4001 4th Avenue S. was burglarized. The shop’s co-owner said nearly $60,000 in tools and specialized diagnostic equipment was stolen along with a pickup owned by a customer.
OPP Construction on 40th Avenue NW was also burglarized the same night. That break-in is under investigation by the Cass County Sheriff’s Office.
On Nov. 2, Precision Lawn & Landscape on 53rd Avenue S. reported that power and hand tools were stolen from trucks in its parking lot.
Police have not said whether the burglaries and thefts may be related. Several car repair businesses reported suspicious activity and thefts this summer.
