ROCHESTER, Minn. – Two men are in custody after a shooting at a Halloween party in southeast Rochester last week.
Police responded to a report of gunfire in a building hallway near Rochester Community and Technical College the night of Oct. 27. After officers arrived, gunfire moved to the parking lot, and a stray bullet hit a 20-year-old woman in the eye.
The alleged gunman is identified as 18-year-old Aaron Caradine of Rochester. Police said 21-year-old Daniel Young of Stewartville is also in custody for allegedly returning fire at Caradine.
Additional arrests are possible.
