Minnesota State FFA Officers had the opportunity to visit with United States Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack, Senator Amy Klobuchar, Senator Tina Smith, and Lieutenant Governor Peggy Flanagan at the Minnesota State Fair. It was a great opportunity to share the story of agriculture and FFA in Minnesota.
More than a thousand FFA members are participating in this year’s FFA shows, exhibiting their projects in the areas of – Ag Technology, Crops, Demonstrations, Safe Tractor Driving, Landscape, Horticulture, Poultry, Rabbits, Sheep, Swine, Goats, Dairy, Beef, and more. Visiting the fair, be sure to check out the projects and livestock.
