(KFGO/KNFL) Jordan Barth’s two-run homer in the bottom of the 10th inning gave Sioux Falls a win 7-5 win over the F-M RedHawks to win the rubber game of the three-game series at Sioux Falls Stadium on Thursday night.
Barth’s seventh homer of the season came with two out in the 10th off F-M reliever Rez Aleaziz (0-1). The RedHawks scored three runs in the seventh to even the game at 5-5, capped off by Sam Dexter’s RBI single.
Hunter Clanin hit a grand slam in the bottom of the fourth to give the Canaries a 4-2 lead. Sioux Falls added another run in the sixth to make it 5-2.
Scott Schreiber and Evan Alexander had two hits each for the RedHawks, with Correlle Prime driving home two runs.
Fargo-Moorhead (32-31) continues its road trip starting Friday night in Winnipeg. First pitch at 6:30.
