RAMSEY COUNTY, ND – A 35-year-old Devils Lake man has been charged with a DUI after a head-on crash in Ramsey County early Sunday morning. Pi Cu, had serious injuries.
The driver of the other vehicle, 18-year-old Rhiannon Houle, also of Devils Lake, was seriously injured. She was not wearing a seatbelt.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol reports the incident happened on Hwy 57 about six miles South of Devils Lake, North Dakota. Cu allegedly crossed the centerline and caused the head-on collision.
The Highway Patrol says a 33-year-old passenger in the Cu’s car may have had minor injuries. Everyone involved was transported to Altru Hospital in Grand Forks.
