WESTHOPE, N.D. (KFGO) – A pilot was seriously injured after the crop duster he was flying crashed into a field after taking off from New Hope Airport in Westhope Thursday afternoon.
The 48-year-old man from Westhope was taken to the hospital by Trinity First Response.
The Highway Patrol, Bottineau County Sheriff’s Department, Westhope Fire Department, and Westhope Ambulance also responded to the scene.
The FAA is investigating the crash.
