WASHINGTON – Minnesota Congressman Brad Finstad says one of his staff members was assaulted at gunpoint near the U-S Capitol Building.
The staffer was attacked Wednesday night outside his Washington residence after the Congressional Baseball Game for Charity.
Finstad said, “thankfully, he will be able to make a full recovery and the extent of his physical injuries was minor.”
The Republican thanked the DC Metropolitan Police Department for their quick response.
