MAPLETON, N.D. (KFGO) – The Cass County Sheriff’s Department says a man was arrested after a domestic argument in Mapleton over the weekend.
Deputies responded to a report of the disturbance early Saturday. They say 27-year-old Kyle Quido, who has no permanent address, got into an argument with a woman and fired a gun during the dispute. He led deputies on a short foot chase before he was arrested.
No one was hurt in the incident.
Quido was arrested on charges of attempted murder, terrorizing, aggravated reckless endangerment, and for ignoring deputies’ commands to stop. The Cass County State’s Attorney’s Office is reviewing the incident to determine appropriate charges.
