WATFORD CITY, N.D. (KFGO) – A Watford City man has been charged with negligent homicide for the traffic death of a 6-year-old boy who was riding his bicycle in Watford City.
19-year-old Julian Montoya is charged in McKenzie County District Court in the death of Ian Matteo Garcia. Court filings also show Montoya is charged with driving without a valid license.
Garica was struck and killed by a pickup driven by Montoya in the parking lot of an apartment building Saturday night.
