BLOOMINGTON, Minn. – A Lakeville man is facing second-degree murder and attempted murder charges in connection with a shooting last Wednesday at a Vietnamese restaurant in Bloomington.
The criminal complaint alleges that 47-year-old Aaron Le shot and killed a 49-year-old man because he had been dating Le’s ex-wife. A 25-year-old server at the Co Tu restaurant suffered non-life-threatening wounds in the shooting.
Le was arrested on Thanksgiving Day in Oklahoma driving a van that witnesses spotted him fleeing the scene on Wednesday in Bloomington. Investigators say he had body armor in the van and blood on his clothing. Le remains in custody in Kay County, Oklahoma.
