HORACE, N.D. (KFGO) – Three men have been arrested for the burglary of a home under construction near Horace.
The Cass County Sheriff’s Office says a resident reported suspicious activity about 3:30 a.m. Monday. The caller was able to provide dispatchers with a vehicle description and a direction of travel.
Deputies spotted the vehicle and the suspects about three miles west of Horace and conducted a traffic stop.
28-year-old Cody Foster and 24-year-old Alex Garry were arrested for felony burglary. As deputies searched the property, 24-year-old Timothy Maesse was located and also arrested. All three are from Fargo.
