FARGO (KFGO) – A man who has shown unusual behavior in the past may be responsible for similar suspicious activity in Fargo in recent weeks.
Deputy Police Chief Ross Renner says while no specific suspect has been identified, investigators believe three of the six recent reports are connected.
Renner says some of the reports first show up in social media posts and its difficult for police to come up with a suspect when the information is vague. The person usually makes unwelcome comments and sometimes asks personal questions.
Most of the people who’ve been approached were in parking lots or stores on 13th Ave. S.
