The results of the 2020 early season custom farm work rates survey have been released.
These surveys are done every four years and are funded by the North Dakota Agricultural Experiment Station and NDSU Extension.

Whereas the late-season operations survey is underway now and surveys fall work such as harvest rates, grain drying, and hauling. The late-season survey results are set to be released in December 2020.
The 2020 early season operations survey summarizes about 1,540 reports from farmers, ranchers, aerial sprayers, elevators, and custom operators says, Ron Haugen, North Dakota State University Extension farm management specialist.
